Terms of Service

Planarc (accessible at planarc.in) provides indicative planning tools for homeowners — including but not limited to construction cost estimation, floor plan design, and related services (“the Service”).

The Service is not a professional civil engineering opinion, architectural service, or structural quotation. It is intended to help first-time home builders and homeowners understand the approximate financial and design scope of a construction project.

Payment of any Planarc tool fee (₹99 or any higher-tier kit) does not automatically create a professional engineer-client relationship, retainer, or consultancy engagement. Higher-tier packages (Floor Plan Kit, Design Kit, Complete Kit) are professional services delivered by our engineering partner under a separate scope-of-work.

All figures produced by Planarc tools are indicative only, derived from general market study. The base estimate carries a stated variance of ±10% and may deviate further based on:

• Site-specific factors (soil condition, access, terrain, water table)
• Fluctuations in steel, cement, and labor rates
• Design complexity beyond typical residential construction
• Regional variations, statutory fees, and approval-body charges
• Material grade upgrades chosen by the homeowner

We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee of accuracy. Any decision made on the basis of any Planarc output is at your sole discretion and risk.

Planarc and its operator shall not be liable in any circumstance where:

• A contractor, builder, vendor, or third party uses this estimate to overquote, inflate rates, misrepresent scope, or extract higher payment from you
• Actual construction cost differs from any Planarc estimate, higher or lower
• A project is undertaken, delayed, cancelled, or otherwise altered based in whole or part on any Planarc output
• Any output is shared, disclosed, or presented to any third party without our prior written consent

Cost Kit (₹99): Full refund within 24 hours of PDF delivery if unsatisfied.
Floor Plan Kit / Design Kit / Complete Kit: Full refund within 24 hours of first-draft delivery, no questions asked. No refund after first-draft acceptance or after bonus materials have been downloaded.

Refund requests must be made via WhatsApp. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

All PDFs, guides, floor plans, and other content produced by Planarc are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, resell, or use them as part of any commercial offering without our prior written consent.

If you opt in to WhatsApp updates during checkout, you consent to receive marketing messages, tips, and offers from Planarc. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying “STOP” to any of our WhatsApp messages.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. These Terms may be updated periodically; the latest version will always be accessible at this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Planarc, its operator, partners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Planarc is a trade name operated by RACON ENGINEERS (GSTIN 37ABBFR2219N2ZY). All invoices, tax records, and legal correspondence are issued in the name of the operating entity.
