Privacy Policy

When you use Planarc tools, we collect:

• Name and WhatsApp phone number
• Location (city or village name)
• Slab area / plot area and floor count
• Finish level preference
• Any notes you voluntarily enter
• Payment metadata from Razorpay (transaction ID, amount, timestamp; we do NOT see or store card / UPI credentials)
• Technical logs (IP hash, browser type, page interactions) — used for security and analytics only

• To generate and deliver your requested output (PDFs, plans, quotes)
• To send outputs and bonus materials to your WhatsApp
• To respond to your questions and process refunds
• To send marketing updates, tips, and offers only if you opted in during checkout
• To analyze usage patterns and improve the Service
• To comply with tax and legal obligations (invoice records, GST filings)

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (managed PostgreSQL, hosted in Mumbai, India). Access is restricted to authorized personnel. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We share data only with:

• Razorpay (for payment processing) — governed by their privacy policy
• WhatsApp / Meta (to deliver outputs) — governed by their privacy policy
• Our engineering delivery partner (RACON ENGINEERS) for higher-tier kit fulfillment
• Government agencies or law enforcement, only if required by valid legal process

You may at any time:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations)
• Unsubscribe from marketing WhatsApp messages by replying “STOP”

Lead data is retained indefinitely to enable follow-ups and repeat business, unless deletion is requested. Payment records are retained for a minimum of 8 years as required under Indian tax law.

We use minimal cookies — only what is necessary for the Service to function (session, security, analytics). No third-party advertising cookies are used.

The Service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

This policy may be updated periodically. Material changes will be communicated on the site. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
