Can I drill a borewell during construction, or should it be first?
First. You need water for curing every stage of RCC work. Drill borewell before foundation. Tanker water is ₹800-1,500 per 5,000L load and a G+1 build easily consumes 60-120 loads — the borewell pays for itself within construction alone.
How much land does a borewell take?
Just a 6-inch column. The drill rig needs about 8 × 8 ft of clear space during drilling; after that, only a small pump panel on the wall.
Does Vaastu really matter for borewell location?
Vaastu tradition prefers NE (Ishanya) or N; the reasoning cited is that morning sun purifies water.
