Terms of Service

1. What Planarc is

Planarc is a set of AI tools for people building or renovating a home: 3D renders from your own floor plan, room redesigns, Feng Shui and Vaastu readings, contractor-quote checks, renovation budgets and free calculators.

Results are generated by AI and are for planning and visualisation only. They are not architectural, engineering, structural, legal or financial advice, and they are not a quotation. Check measurements, costs and building rules with a licensed professional before you build or sign a contract.

2. Your account

You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that inbox secure; anyone who can open it can use your account and credits. You must be at least 18 years old to buy credits.

3. Credits and payment

Tools are paid for with credits. Each tool shows its credit price before you run it.

• Starter: 25 credits for $9, one-time
• Plus: 60 credits for $19, one-time
• Pro: 180 credits for $49, one-time
• Home Pro: 75 credits for $19 a month, renewing until you cancel

Credits stay in your account and do not expire. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged for money, except through a refund under our Refund Policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are in US dollars; any sales tax or VAT is calculated and added by Paddle at checkout.

4. Monthly plan

Home Pro renews every month on the day you subscribed and adds its credits on each renewal. You can cancel any time from the link in your Paddle receipt email, or by asking us through the contact form. Cancelling stops future renewals; credits you already received stay in your account.

5. When a tool fails

Every result is checked before you see it. If a run fails or does not pass our checks, its credits go back to your account automatically. You are only charged credits for results that are delivered.

6. Your uploads and results

You keep ownership of the plans, photos and documents you upload, and of the results made from them. You give us permission to store and process your uploads only to run the tools you ask for, show you your results and support you. We do not use your uploads to advertise without your written permission.

Only upload material you have the right to use. Do not upload anything unlawful, or images of people who have not agreed to it.

7. Fair use

Do not try to break, overload, scrape or resell the Service, get around credit charges, or use it to make misleading material such as fake property listings. We may suspend accounts that do; unused credits from a suspended account are refunded unless the suspension is for fraud.

8. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. AI results can contain mistakes, and we do not guarantee that any result is accurate or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law in your country that cannot be excluded.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and changes apply from that date. These terms are governed by the laws of Andhra Pradesh, India, without taking away the consumer protections of the country you live in.
