This policy explains what we collect when you use Planarc outside India, why, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
- Account: your email address, used to sign you in.
- Uploads: the plans, photos and quotes you send to a tool, and the details you type in.
- Results and usage: the results we generate, the tools you run, and your credit balance and history.
- Purchases: what you bought and when. Paddle.com collects your payment details and billing address; we never see your card number.
- Technical data: your country, browser and the pages you visit, through analytics cookies if you accept them.
2. Why we use it
- To run the tools you ask for and show you your results.
- To keep your credits, purchases and refunds correct.
- To answer support requests and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To understand which pages and tools work, and improve them.
We do not sell your personal data.
3. Who processes it for us
- Paddle.com: checkout, payments, tax, receipts and refunds (Merchant of Record).
- Supabase: account sign-in, database and file storage.
- Vercel: website hosting.
- Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini) and fal.ai: AI models that read your uploads and generate your results. They process your uploads only to return the result to us.
- Google Analytics and Meta: measuring visits and ads, using cookies, only after you accept them.
These providers may process data outside your country, under their own data-protection terms.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your uploads and results while your account is open, so you can come back to them. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Ask us and we will delete your account, uploads and results.
5. Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, through the contact form using the email on your account. Analytics cookies load only if you accept them in our cookie banner; you can change your choice any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer, and every tool works either way. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have further rights, including complaining to your local data-protection authority.
6. Children
Planarc is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
7. Changes
We will update the date at the top when this policy changes.
